I am a 27 year old virgin, never had sex with a girl and do not have the qualification of being a good husband. I'm not man enough, do not have money and not physically strong. I am a very weak man.

Since I am thinking about not getting married and have kids, it is essential for me to know how can I control myself. I don't want to produce another child like me and bring it to this world to suffer the way I did.

I posted this question here , so someone could give me the best scientific way to not think about this stuff.

Does quitting masturbation and porn help?

I would start with therapy to address your self-loathing, exercise to improve your body dysmorphia, and would worry less about the perfectly natural act of masturbation (whether or not porn is involved).

Heres the things, none of the physical things you list have anything to do with "being a man". I am a gay guy that works out daily, that does not have anything to do with me as a person and how good a spouse I would make.

You need to work on confidence and building a better image of you.

The other option you have is exploring your bi side and seeing if you find a match of the same sex that you click well with sexually.

NO.
There are many people (such as MrRepzion from YouTube) who have stopped masturbating for some period of time (usually for religious reasons) and they are exceptionally horny during those periods.

I'll second everything Paleoichneum said, and add...

The basic drive, it's a need you're better off satisfying. But it's a need without form, so exactly how you satisfy it is up to you.

Okay, porn then. Here's a dangerous and wonderful thing (Paleo & I bitterly disagree on this): Your focus determines your reality. Because besides having an innate need to get off, you have an innate mechanism bonding you to whoever (or whatever) you get off with. Naturally one "falls" into such a feedback loop. Naturally it tends to marry people who have sex together. But remember the basic need is without form. It wants an object, even a fantasy object. And there's a lot of weird stuff on the internet. So please don't abandon yourself to fantasy & masturbation. You're still there, it affects who you are, you're responsible for defining your own identity.

IMHO people are a lot more flexible than they believe.

at this stage, may I add that masturbation is still seen as the lesser of two evils when compared with rape
in short, if you feel you don't have the social skills to enter into a sexual relation with another person, male or female, then it may be better to abstain rather than doing it the wrong way

Thank you and all the others who replied. I am looking for a good psychiatrist
regarding the exercise part. It is %99 percent impossible, unless I spend 500 dollars a month for the foods and proteins, which I am not able to do.

Overall, I stand my ground regarding the marriage thing. I have terrible genes and do not want to create a another terrible human being in this world. I read this on Sarah Silverman's Wikipedia. I think it's really interesting:

"She(Sarah Silverman) stated she does not want to have biological children to avoid the risk that they might inherit her depression."

I totally support that view.

Why do you need to spend $500 a month to exercise? Go jogging or cycling or swimming, you don't need to spend a fortune on dietary supplements! Eat normally and exercise, you will still feel the benefits, you only need the supplements if you are body-building or a sports professional (and even then they are probably overused).

Agreed! There is no reason at all to spend that much on supplements. You can get a $20 gym membership or you can look at the thousands of at home routines on YouTube. It sounds like you are looking for an excuse not to change your diet and get in shape

I'll go one step farther... No gym required. Lift rocks. Run. Move furniture. Push a car in neutral. Do jumping jacks. Do pushups. Do pullups. Do situps. Get a job that has physical labor. The options are endless. I've never paid for a gym membership in my entire life.
